Fitness means being active, sleeping well, and eating smarter - and the Fitbit One helps you do all three. During the day, it tracks your steps, distance, calories burned, and stairs climbed. Come nightfall, it measures your sleep cycle to help you see how to sleep better; and it can even wake you in the morning without waking your partner.

Fitbit one
I enjoy the fitbit one but fine it difficult to understand how some parts work. On other types I would just put in food and it would list many possibilities with their calorie count to pick from. On this I have to put in info of each thing I want to register for day with food, calorie and other information. When I go to the area where u put in a new food the lines are not placed on page where I can see what I need to hit to put in new food. That same issue is on lots of the things I need to enter. I also wish it would allow me to just type in what activity I was doing, time, cals, distance. They only allow me to run, or bike. Not sure if any other machines like the glider can be put in. Other than that and the learning scale I've had to go through, without any real instruction it's been good. I do prefer to hook it to my shoe while biking and doing the glider because it tracks steps better if I'm not using hand movement like biking.
